Order Processing

Tracking Your Order

After shipment, customers will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation.


Incorrect Addresses & Unclaimed Parcels

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by:

  • Failure to collect parcels

  • Refusal of delivery

  • Failure to respond to carrier requests

If a package is returned to us for any of the reasons above, any refund issued may be reduced by actual shipping costs, return shipping fees, customs charges, and handling expenses.

Parcels abandoned or destroyed by local postal authorities due to non-collection are not eligible for refunds.
