If your item has a quality issue, please contact us within 14 days of receipt and provide your order number along with photos of the issue. Once confirmed, we will arrange a return or exchange.
For returns due to quality issues, the shipping costs will be borne by us; if the return or exchange is caused by personal reasons (such as dislike, wrong order), the shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.
We recommend wiping with a soft, dry cloth and avoiding prolonged exposure to moisture or sunlight to maintain the leather’s texture and longevity.
