Your Right to Withdraw
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union (EU), European Economic Area (EEA), or United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), acquires physical possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by submitting the withdrawal request form below or by contacting us via email.

Effects of Withdrawal
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase within a reasonable period of time.
Shipping fees, duties, taxes, and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by applicable law or where the return is the result of our error.
We reserve the right to reduce the refund amount if the returned product shows signs of use, damage, missing components, or any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods.
Returning the Goods
You must send back or hand over the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which you notify us of your withdrawal.
The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired.
You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless otherwise agreed.
Returned products must be:
- Unused and in resalable condition
- Complete with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation
- Free from damage caused by improper handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods
We may make a deduction from the refund for any loss in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
Personalized and Custom-Made Products
Under applicable EU consumer protection laws, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are:
- Made to the consumer’s specifications
- Clearly personalized
- Customized with names, initials, logos, engravings, embroidery, patches, or other customer-requested modifications
Examples include:
- Personalized cue cases
- Customized nameplates
- Custom logo applications
- Special-order color combinations
- Any product modified according to customer requirements
Once production of a personalized or custom-made item has begun, the order cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded except in cases of manufacturing defects or shipping damage.
